Who we are
Deliverance AI Limited is a UK-incorporated company and the data controller for information collected through this website. Our registered company number and office address are available on request, email trust@deliverance.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy applies only to data we collect through our marketing website, deliverance.ai. Customer data processed through the Deliverance AI platform is handled separately, under contract, and is detailed in your Data Processing Agreement.
What we collect
- Information you submit via the demo-request, careers, gated-download, and contact forms (name, work email, company, role, use case, and anything you choose to add in a free-text field).
- Usage analytics (page views, referrers, device class) via Google Analytics 4, only after you accept the consent banner. We default analytics storage to denied using Google Consent Mode v2, so nothing analytic is collected until you choose Accept.
- A single browser-local item (
cookie_consent) that records whether you accepted or declined the banner. See Cookies & local storage below for the full list of what we store.
What we don't collect
We do not buy lists, scrape LinkedIn, run third-party advertising pixels, or share form data with marketing-intelligence vendors. We do not train AI models on your visit or on the contents of your form submissions.
Lawful basis
For form submissions, our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, with consent collected at the point of submission. For analytics, our lawful basis is consent, captured by the cookie banner. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time, see Your rights below.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small set of vetted sub-processors to operate the marketing website. Each is contractually bound to data-protection obligations no weaker than our own.
- Vercel — site hosting, edge delivery, and access logs.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — anonymous usage analytics, only when you have granted consent via the banner. Consent Mode v2 is in effect so no analytics or advertising signals are sent before consent.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for messages our forms generate (so we can read and reply to your enquiry).
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) platform — contact-form submissions are recorded so we can respond, route the enquiry to the right person, and keep an accurate history of our communication. TODO: name the specific CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Attio / etc.)
International transfers
Some of the sub-processors listed above are US-headquartered. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with supplementary measures as required. We store the bulk of our own business data in the UK or EEA wherever a sub-processor offers a regional option.
Cookies & local storage
We use the minimum necessary to operate the site. The browser stores the following on your device:
- cookie_consent— browser local storage, first-party, persistent until you clear it. Records whether you accepted or declined the banner so we don't prompt you again on every page. Essential to the operation of the consent mechanism, set regardless of consent state.
- _ga, _ga_W77CTZ17SB — first-party cookies set by Google Analytics 4, lifetime approximately two years. Used for anonymous session and user counts. Set only after you choose Accept on the consent banner. Choosing Decline, or never interacting with the banner, means these are never set.
We do not set advertising, retargeting, social-media, or cross-site-tracking cookies. To change your choice, clear your browser's storage for deliverance.ai (or just the cookie_consent item) and the banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also block all cookies and local storage for this site in your browser settings, the website will continue to function with analytics disabled.
Retention
Demo and contact submissions are held for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is aggregated to monthly cohorts after 90 days. We may retain a record longer where law requires it (for example, tax records, or an active legal matter).
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable form;
- withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, decline the banner or clear the
cookie_consentitem, withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal); - lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, your local Data Protection Authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email trust@deliverance.ai. We respond inside one calendar month, usually sooner.
Automated decision-making
We do not engage in solely automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects on visitors to this website.
Children's data
The Deliverance AI website is aimed at enterprise buyers and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email trust@deliverance.ai and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change, when new sub-processors are introduced, or when the law requires. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material change. For substantial changes we'll note the change at the top of this page for a reasonable period.
