Corporate and Social Responsibility Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Purpose

This policy sets out how Deliverance AI Limited approaches its responsibilities to its people, its customers, the environment, and the wider community, and how we conduct business responsibly and sustainably. It reflects our belief that strong governance and ethical conduct are structural to how we operate, not an afterthought.

Scope

This policy applies to all staff and, where relevant, to our suppliers and business partners. It is supported by our Code of Conduct, our Ethics and Anti-Bribery Policy, our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, and our information security and AI management systems.

Business ethics and governance

We act lawfully, honestly, and with integrity. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, manage conflicts of interest, and operate formal management systems for information security, quality, and AI governance. We are transparent about our compliance posture and substantiate the claims we make to customers and regulators.

Our people

As a remote-first employer, we are committed to a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment. We promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, oppose discrimination and harassment, support employee wellbeing and development, and operate fair employment practices that comply with UK employment law.

Responsible and trustworthy AI

Our business is built on enabling organisations to use AI safely and under control. We develop and operate our platform to support governance, transparency, human oversight, and data sovereignty, aligned to recognised standards including ISO/IEC 42001 and the requirements of the EU AI Act. We do not use customer or inference data to train models.

Environment

We seek to minimise the environmental impact of our operations. Our remote-first model reduces commuting and office-related emissions, and we favour efficient use of cloud infrastructure. We aim to understand and, over time, reduce the footprint of the computing resources our business and platform rely on.

Email trust@deliverance.ai for specific environmental commitments and metrics.

Responsible supply chain

We expect our suppliers and partners to share our standards on ethics, labour practices, anti-slavery, security, and data protection. Suppliers are assessed and managed under our Supplier and Third-Party Information Security Policy and the principles of our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

Community

We aim to be a responsible member of the communities and industry in which we operate, including contributing to the responsible development of enterprise AI.

Email trust@deliverance.ai for specific community, charitable, and industry commitments.

Governance and review

This policy is owned by the Chief Executive Officer, communicated to all staff, and reviewed at least annually. Responsibility for delivering its commitments is shared across the leadership team.

The agentic enterprise

Your agents are already running. The only question is who's in control.
